Enforced by contract, not policy

Escrowed raise

Contributions sit in escrow. After a missed soft cap, anyone can settle the failed sale and each contributor can claim their exact refund.

LP locked or burned

Presales lock LP at finalize; curve launches burn it outright. The team never touches the pair.

Team vesting

The presale contract escrows the team allocation and enforces the configured cliff and linear release before each creator claim.

RWA distributors

Every token uses the minter bytecode: an immutable tax buys tokenized stocks and pays holders.
